SoftCloudCove is an authorized reseller of digital antivirus software and security suites (including but not limited to Avast, TotalAV, Bitdefender, Norton, AVG, and McAfee).
- No Physical Items: We sell digital license keys and activation codes only. No physical CDs, DVDs, or boxed products will be shipped to you.
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, your unique license key and download instructions will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment
- Acceptance of Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include, but are not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing glitch, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Delivery of Digital Products
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid and active email address at checkout.

- If the email bounces due to an incorrect email address provided by you, SoftCloudCove is not responsible for the delay in delivery, though our support team will assist you in retrieving your key once your identity and order are verified.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strictly enforced to prevent abuse:
- Final Sale: Once a digital license key has been delivered to your email address, or once the key has been activated on your device, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
- Defective Keys: If you receive a license key that is invalid, already used, or fails to activate, you must contact our support team at support@softcloudcove.com within 14 days of purchase. We will either provide a replacement key or issue a full refund for the defective key.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the system requirements before purchasing.
6. Manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA)
When you purchase software from us, you are acquiring a license to use the software. The actual use of the software is governed by the original manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service.
- SoftCloudCove is an independent reseller. We are not a party to the manufacturer’s EULA.

- Our Warranty: SoftCloudCove warrants that the license keys we provide are 100% genuine, unused, and sourced from authorized channels.
- Software Disclaimer: We do not develop, maintain, or update the software. Therefore, we make no warranties regarding the performance, compatibility, or effectiveness of the antivirus software itself. All software is provided “as is” by the original manufacturer. Any technical issues regarding the software’s functionality, updates, or virus definitions should be directed to the manufacturer’s official support team.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftCloudCove, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the software.

- Any errors or omissions in the software or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the software.
